Makes 2 sandwiches
Ingredients
- 4 slices of Italian bread
- 1/2 lb Fratelli Beretta Prosciutto, sliced
- 4 slices Parmigiana Reggiano, cut 1/8” thick
- 1/2 cup fresh arugula
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Brush one side of each slice of bread with balsamic glaze.
- Layer each bottom slice of bread with the Fratelli Beretta Prosciutto and the parmigiano.
- Add the arugula, drizzle with the remainder of the balsamic glaze.
- Top each sandwich with a slice of bread.
