Makes 2 sandwiches
Ingredients
- 4 slices crusty Italian bread
- 1 recipe Olive Salad (see below)
- 1/4 lb Fratelli Beretta Soppressata, sliced thin
- 1/4 lb Fratelli Beretta Mortadella, sliced thin
- 1/4 lb sliced fresh mozzarella
Instructions
- Brush both sides of sliced bread with the oil from the olive salad.
- First layer half of the Fratelli Beretta Soppressata on the bottom sliceĀ of bread.
- Then add half of the Fratelli Beretta Mortadella, followed by half of the Mozzarella.
- Top with olive salad.
- Place the top slice of bread on and press it down lightly letting the oil drip down the sandwich.
The sloppier, the better. - Repeat process with remaining slices of bread, meat, and cheese.
